Happy Friday! We've now entered in to November and we have yet another month of positive feedback from our valued clients!
Feedback is gathered at the end of our service tickets where you have the ability to leave the engineer a positive, neutral or negative response. This feedback is massively valuable and helps us improve our service moving forward. October saw a total of 170 reviews from clients, with a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 97.6! 👏
