In our most recent customer survey, MCS Group achieved an outstanding NPS of 89.1! For those unfamiliar, NPS is a widely recognised metric used to gauge the loyalty of customer relationships. It asks customers how likely you are to recommend our company to others, on a scale of 0 to 10. A score up to 0 requires improvement, up to 30 is good, between 30 and 70 is great, and above 70 is exceptional.
